Tonight was the final choir concert for the school year. It was a pops concert, so all the songs are popular right now and it was so fun! Britta's favorite song was "I Lived," which was sung by all the choirs combined.
Britta was a member of Belle's this year, which is a women's choir.
This song was "Hey Jude," and they did some clapping. The audience loved it.
Britta double lettered in choir this year--I am so proud of her!! Only one other girl double lettered and she is a senior--Britta is a sophomore. To earn a letter, Britta had to get a certain number of points by doing things such as auditioning for a solo part in a concert, attending musical performances, be in an out of school choir (she sang in church), and have an A in the class. This is Mr. Lloyd, the choir teacher, presenting her letter. It was too quick for me to get a good picture.

Britta auditioned to be in Singers next year, which is the top choir, and she made it! There is an equal number of boys and girls and they do some dancing as they sing. So exciting!
