This is our family's last Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet! We have been doing Cub Scouts for a VERY long time--I don't know whether to cry or cheer--maybe some of both. The theme was Super Heroes. Our banquet was pizza and salads.
The boys brought decorated cakes with a Super Hero theme. Ryan's was Wolverine with claws coming out of the top. His cake was chocolate with vanilla icing colored black and yellow. Wade helped him design and make it, which I appreciated since I don't know very much about today's super heroes. The claws were made out of cardboard and covered with foil. He was very proud of it! Happy Birthday to the scouting organization!
