Uncle Ryan has always been Claire's favorite! She always wants to sit by him, whatever we are doing, at the dinner table, in the car, playing games, or just sitting around visiting.
These three girls are the light of my life! Claire is almost 5, Dagny is 20 months, and Camille is 2. They have had fun this week playing together. Getting a good picture of them is quite a challenge! Someone wiggles, closes their eyes, or looks the other way every time! Being a Grandma is the best!

Aunt Britta and Claire reading books! I hope my younger kids realize how lucky they are to be aunts and uncles at such a young age. Young children add so much joy and excitement to life.
Late afternoons and evening are perfect for playing in the back yard.

The adults relaxed and visited. Austin looks so comfortable, he might fall asleep.
Landon brought some bubble wands over and they were a big hit!
Claire took a turn to blow, Camille was happy trying to catch the bubbles or step on them.

Dagny joined in the fun as well, and someone helped her write her name.
One of Claire's favorite things to do is jump on the trampoline. She was always asking someone to come and jump with her, Ryan jumped until he was out of breath.
Everyone has just been eating on their own and whenever they were hungry this week. Melissa suggested we set the table and eat as a family, and it was so nice! There is a lot to be said for gathering around the table, sharing food, conversation, and love. We do usually eat as a family, but this week has been so hard and most of the adults haven't had much of an appetite. I didn't realize how much it meant to me until tonight.
Claire played Patty Cake with Dagny. They were so sweet together.
One day we worked on the flower bed and hauled in some dirt with the tractor. Uncle Wade gave the kids rides. Claire was a little shy and didn't want a turn.
One morning Claire and Camille had a little picnic in the kitchen. Claire poured the water herself and was so proud! They also had goldfish. These two sisters play so well together.
Austin made a Captain America shield,
and went around attacking people.
The bowl made a good spinning ride for Camille! It's as good as a merry go round!
Austin sent her spinning over to Aunt Britta.
Lots of love (and squishing) going on around here! Landon loved to tease when he was a boy, and he still does!
I sure love this family of mine! I was indeed blessed to have so many children. Extra grateful for the temple and eternal families!
