I always make this strawberry cake for Melissa because it is her favorite! I love it too and we need to make it more often. It has a thin layer of white cake, a cream cheese and cool whip layer, and the top is Danish dessert with strawberries. Soooo good!
It seems like I always give Melissa the same present--a gift card to Ross. It's her favorite store, and she doesn't mind getting the same thing most years. At least she's easy to shop for. Happy Birthday Melissa!!
